Stuck, missing audio, or a squirrel in the sky? Try this first:

  1. Hard-refresh the page or force-quit the app and reopen it.
  2. Play in landscape. The game is built for a wide view.
  3. Tap anywhere once so the Yorkie bark can unlock (phones mute until a tap).
  4. If a save looks wrong, the Shop / wardrobe still uses the same local file — buying again will not charge twice.
